things i'm thinking about making work about.

i need to make something. soon. 

to try and satisfy this lack of appetite, i’m gonna do that thing where you cook a huge, elaborate meal – appetizer, salad, entree, dessert, bread and fancy oil with a bunch of shit in it – and then when you sit down to eat you feel the least hungry a person has ever felt. after writing all of that, i’m not actually sure that’s what this is at all. but it’s on the page and so it shall remain. 

what follows is a list of things i am currently thinking about / have thought about making work about over the past year or so.

• dirty mattresses with indents from being slept on

• underwear that’s too small / that we’ve – the collective “we” i guess – have kept for far too long and we still wear it even though it gives us vagina wedgies and we would be embarrassed if someone saw we were wearing gray polka dot underwear that is basically crotchless in the least sexy way possible.
